LGW’s 23rd Anniversary Greater Washington Community Service Awards Dinner

March, 26 2009 at Mandarin Oriental, Washington, DC

Leadership Greater Washington continues its annual tradition of honoring outstanding examples of Greater Washington community service. We expect 750 top corporate, government and community leaders attend this elegant black-tie event. Local elected officials and other dignitaries will attend this gala of who’s who among area movers and shakers.

This year, we are highlighting efforts to support area youth and will present the following honors: 

*The 2009 Youth Partnership Award: presented to a non-profit and business for combined efforts to support youth.

*The 2009 Freddie Mac Youth Leadership Award: presented to a young person for their community service leadership benefiting other youth or the region.

*The 2009 Volunteer of the Year Award: presented to an LGW member for their efforts in the community.
