Beth Johnson is the President and CEO of RP3 Agency, an advertising and marketing agency with a client roster that includes brands such as Norfolk Southern, Johns Hopkins Medicine, Wolf Trap Foundation and Long & Foster.
Beth started her advertising agency career at The Dan Rosenthal Co. in 1994 and came up through the ranks of Account Management as a Marketing Strategist. During her 15-year tenure there, the agency grew from a three-person creative boutique to a full-service agency with more than $53 million in billings. When Dan Rosenthal retired in 2009, she founded RP3 Agency. She believes brilliant creative comes from brilliant strategy and works tirelessly to build a culture of curiosity at RP3 that values talented people, fosters great ideas and achieves solid business results.
Aside from RP3, Beth is committed to improving the community in the D.C metro area and actively serves on the boards of the Washington Area Women’s Foundation and Greater Washington Board of trade, and the 4As Mid-Atlantic, to name a few. In her Personal life, Beth is a mother to two beautiful daughters who inspire her each day to make them proud.
