Doug Fruehling ('13)

Doug Fruehling has been editor-in-chief of the Washington Business Journal, a print and digital publication covering business in Greater Washington, since February 2009. He also has served as WBJ managing editor and editor of the newspaper's commercial real estate magazine, OnSite, in addition to covering commercial real estate, architecture and construction.
He previously was managing editor at Roll Call, a Capitol Hill publication, and a reporter at the Journal Star in Peoria, Ill., where he covered labor, the auto industry, Caterpillar Inc., higher education and City Hall.
Doug is a 1990 graduate of Ohio University in Athens, Ohio, and spent his high school years attending the American School in Japan in Tokyo. He was a member of the Leadership Greater Washington Class of 2013.
His interests include running, travel and architecture, design and urban planning.
