Ms. Ovca is a mediator, trainer, and lawyer who focuses on employment, workplace, criminal and civil disputes for private, corporate and government clients. Ms. Ovca works extensively with clients as a leadership coach and facilitator in change management and manager assimilation and has developed and managed multiple mediation programs for government agencies. Ms. Ovca also founded ACCESS Youth Inc., a non-profit in the District of Columbia to provide juvenile victim offender mediation services as an alternative to suspension for students and as an alternative to the juvenile justice system for first time juvenile offenders. ACCESS provides mediation, life skills and community service programming and resources for over 300 youth annually.
Ms. Ovca received her Bachelor of Arts from Wellesley College and her Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center. She is a member of LGW’s Class of 2013.
