Congratulations to our Rising Leaders Program Class of 2021 graduates. Participants and their managers connected last week for our hybrid graduation ceremony at LGW headquarters. Each participant in the five-month program gained new skills in leadership, self-awareness, giving and receiving feedback, presentations, personal branding, networking, and managing up.
Thanks to our sponsor A Wider Circle, program partner Careerstone Group, LLC, and scholarship partners LeaderBridge, and the World Bank. LGW’s Rising Leaders Program provides early-career or management professionals the tools they need to succeed as leaders. Through engaging activities and discussion, the five-month program teaches skills essential to professional development and leadership. Participants gain insight and experience they can apply in any professional environment.
