Congratulations Rising Leaders 2022 - DiSC-y Business!

Leadership Greater Washington is committed to building and supporting a strong community of leaders. And on July 7^th we welcomed 41 new Rising Leaders into the fold. The Class of 2022 – nicknamed DiSC-y Business, after the personality assessments completed during the first sessions – are some of the most engaged, enthusiastic, and committed professionals to complete the program, representing a diverse array of backgrounds, organizations, and experience.

While so much knowledge was gained in sessions on Networking, Delivering Feedback, Presentation Skills, and more, there was a common consensus amongst participants that many of the most invaluable insights came from their fellow participants. Learning is important, and not all leadership skills are innate, but an important part of the LGW mission is connection. The greatest impact comes from collaboration and shared teachings, and we could not be prouder to see the strong bonds formed between the 2022 cohort.

So to the 2022 Rising Leaders cohort, to DiSC-y business, we congratulate you on your graduation from the program, and we can’t wait to see what you do next!
