LGW Signature Program Facilitator Opportunity

The Leadership Greater Washington Signature Program is constantly evolving to meet the ever-changing needs of our region. In Fall 2022, the LGW Board of Directors named a Program Taskforce that undertook a strategic assessment of the current program and a board-wide visioning project to forecast its future. Three main priorities surfaced:
- Expand diversity of voices in the room, including making strategic gains in gender, political viewpoint, and seniority
- Engage participants through enhanced experiential learning, including increasing interactive dialogue and adding impact projects
- Maintain topical relevancy, including introducing emerging areas of importance and elevating nationally significant program topics, all through a regional lens
With these priorities in mind, we now seek a facilitator to serve as a professional partner to LGW’s staff to deliver effective Signature Program sessions.
