Nicole Lynn Lewis (’16), founder and CEO of Generation Hope is an activist, author, and social entrepreneur on a mission. In 2010, she founded Generation Hope, whose mission is to surround motivated teen parents with resources and support to drive a two-generation solution to poverty. 

Nicole’s book, Pregnant Girl: A Story of Teen Motherhood, College and Creating a Better Future for Young Families, retraces her journey as a young Black mother and college student fighting for an opportunity. The book includes the stories of fellow teen parents who battled systemic racism, classism, and societal hurdles to break generational cycles and reach their true potential.
