Coffee Connections is an LGW member initiative designed to strengthen leadership, belonging, and long-term engagement by supporting leaders navigating personal and professional transitions, particularly in the later-career and post-career phases. These intimate, in-person, monthly morning gatherings take place right in members' homes to foster candid conversation, empathy, and humor.

Coffee Connections addresses a critical gap in traditional leadership development: sustaining leaders during moments of change when connection and reflection are essential. The initiative creates relationship-centered spaces, deepens cross-sector collaboration, reduces isolation, and helps experienced leaders remain engaged contributors to the region’s civic and professional ecosystem.
