Carrie serves as chief revenue and engagement officer for the Greater Washington Partnership. The Partnership is a nonprofit alliance of influential leading employers stretching from Baltimore to Richmond championing economic growth and transformative investments. She advances the Partnership’s financial and operational sustainability with key stakeholders, leading business development, engagement and events.
Carrie is a seasoned C-suite professional and institution builder with over 25 years of
experience in executive leadership, management, and fundraising for research and policy
organizations, advocacy organizations, and non-profits at the local, regional, national and global
levels.
Carrie has served in executive roles at the Atlantic Council, Urban Institute, and Brookings Institution. She also worked at the American Cancer Society, Initiative for a Competitive Inner City, New Democrat Network and Willkie Farr & Gallagher.
Carrie holds a BA degree with a major in political science from the University of Mary Washington and attended the Harvard Kennedy School of Government Executive Education program in state and local leadership. She completed Leadership Greater Washington in 2025 and was elected to the Board. Carrie is the Chair for the Nominating Committee for the Global Institute on Innovation Districts, a former Chief member in the class of 2022 and a former Board member of the Washington Nationals Youth Baseball Academy. She lives in McLean, VA and Bethany Beach, DE with her husband and three children.
