Vice President of Customer Operations, Safety, and Security

David L. Vosvick II is the Vice President of Customer Operations for Pepco Holdings. Pepco Holdings is a subsidiary of Exelon Corporation, one of the nation's leading energy services companies. Pepco Holdings is also the parent company of Pepco, an electric utility serving Washington, D.C., and suburban Maryland; Delmarva Power, an electric and gas utility serving Delaware and portions of the Delmarva Peninsula; and Atlantic City Electric, an electric utility serving southern New Jersey. Vosvick is responsible for all of the company's Customer Operations, inclusive of Customer Service and Experience, Customer Strategy and Technology, Billing, Revenue Management, Distributed Energy Resources Interconnections, Large Customers, and Meter Field Operations. Vosvick is also responsible for the companies Safety and Security functions.

Before being named Vice President of Customer Operations, Vosvick held the title Vice President Human Resources and Support Services (Environmental, Fleet Operations, Real Estate and Facilities, Technical Training, Safety, Security) Vosvick joined Constellation Energy in 2005 as an executive in Human Resources. He has over 30 years of HR experience as well as executive level responsibilities over core business operations functions. Before joining Constellation in executive leadership positions. As a Senior Vice President for MBNA America Bank in Texas, Maryland, and Delaware, Vosvick oversaw strategic human resource initiatives as a regional executive and at the corporate headquarters.

Civic Involvement

Vosvick has held critical board positions in the communities in which he has worked. He is currently a board member at The Washing Ballet, Mary’s Center, and Leadership Greater Washington. Prior board experience includes St. Joes Medical Center, United Way of Central Maryland, Central Maryland Meals on Wheels, Center for Workforce Development, Studio Theatre, and Maryland Corporate Council.

Education

Vosvick holds a bachelor's degree in Human Resources from the University of Texas and graduated from the Leadership Baltimore County Program in 2012 and Leadership Greater Washington in 2023.
