Currently serving as Interim COO at The Capital Collective, Jennifer guides daily operations and strategic planning for a new nonprofit expanding community programs in Richmond, VA and Birmingham, AL. As former Executive Director of The Motley Fool Foundation, she built a $15M public charity from the ground up - advancing national financial freedom through innovative research, venture philanthropy, and strategic alliances with Ashoka and the Financial Health Network.

Jennifer has a proven track record of revitalizing organizations, including her leadership of Playworks of Greater Washington DC, where she merged regional offices, secured legislative wins, and launched youth leadership initiatives to broaden impact. At The Fulbright Association, she led a successful financial turnaround, strengthened global advocacy, and modernized governance - all through inclusive collaboration with boards, staff, and partners.

Her leadership at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and Electronic Retailing Association further highlights her ability to grow membership, create strategic alliances, and drive sustainable revenue growth by engaging diverse stakeholders.
