The nature of business is shifting, and in this environment, there is both danger and opportunity. On Monday, Feb. 3, 2020 Annie’s Ace Hardware in Petworth joined Shaefer's A Few Cool Hardware Stores group. She operates many other Ace hardware locations in the region, including Logan Ace, Frager’s Ace on Capitol Hill, Tenleytown Ace, and Old Takoma Ace. Her latest addition is Strosniders Hardware in Silver Spring, which she added in late February.
